What are the additional modules? Do I need them?

Not necessarily. Kapta comes fully loaded with everything you need build customer engagement through Our KAM Process. Many of our customers have everything they need to run a high-functioning Key Account Management process without adding any advanced modules.

However, some customers have specific needs that require a great deal more processing power, and we’ve built advanced modules to meet those needs.

Why isn’t your pricing more specific at the Elite level?

Short answer: At this level, we see a lot of variation in what our clients need. Elite level means anything upwards of 50 users—and that could be 100, or it could be 250. We want to understand how many users we’re supporting, and what other platforms they’re using, so we can provide the right support—not only for the platform itself, but also for workshops, trainings, and more.

Is Kapta the right investment for me?
